The 2019 Lexus RX 350L has been praised for the ample head and legroom in both its standard and hybrid variations. As seen in the table above, occupants up front will have plenty of room to move around and stretch out. In the words of Edmunds:

“There’s more than enough head- and legroom up front, and there’s a good amount of elbow room.”

Rear Passenger Space in the 2019 Lexus RX 350L

The rear seats have been likewise praised for their spaciousness, especially in terms of head- and elbow room. This comfort is enhanced by the sliding and reclining abilities of the second-row seats. In the words of Kelley Blue Book:
