Strict standards are taught to our service advisors and technicians about how to conduct business with honesty and integrity. Our goal is to make every customer feel confident about their auto repair estimate and their maintenance or repairs. Since we cannot measure our effectiveness without help, we look to customer feedback.
Customer service reviews that we gathered from multiple sources seem to indicate that our honest approach is working. One customer wrote that he appreciated an “honest advisor who truly can be trusted.” Another said they like how their service advisor “explains everything in plain English.”

Teamwork Leads to Better Customer Service
Part of customer service is just making people feel welcome and valued. Customer reviews have called the staff “genuinely nice”, “pleasant and informative”, “reliable and trustworthy” and “professional and helpful.”
A customer wrote that they were “pleased with” the level of staff “friendliness and helpfulness”. Another wrote that the staff made them feel “welcomed and appreciated”.
Yet another customer noted she had positive interactions with four team members, and each one helped her through the process. Her review noted that many of our team members have been with us for ten or even twenty years, and that’s a good sign. We agree. To keep a good team, we have to maintain a positive atmosphere.
We know that some people are unhappy before they arrive at our service department. Perhaps they have had a bad day, or they face an unexpected expensive repair. Our staff tries to keep this in mind whenever dealing with the public.
