How the Lexus Extended Test Drive Works
The Earnhardt Lexus Extended Test Drive program offers an immersive, direct product experience designed for guests who are ready to explore the exciting world of Lexus All-Electric Vehicles.
With our 48-hour test drive, you will have up to two full days to experience luxury EV driving in real-world settings. Test the vehicle on your daily Phoenix commute, explore its advanced charging capabilities, and feel the refined performance of Lexus electrification.
- Mileage Limit Qualifying guests may drive up to 150 miles (exclusions may apply).
- Frequency Guests and their household members are limited to two 48-hour Extended Test Drives within a 60-day period.
- Age Requirement Qualified guests must be 21 years of age or older.
What You Can Expect During Your 48 Hours
At Earnhardt Lexus, we ensure you feel completely confident before hitting the road. Here is what your luxury EV experience includes:
- Expert Orientation Prior to your Extended Test Drive, an Earnhardt Lexus Specialist will walk you through how to operate the electric vehicle, utilize its key tech features, and navigate charging protocols.
- Full Demonstration Anyone who plans to drive the vehicle during the 48 hours must attend this brief orientation.
- Real-World Assessment Use this time to see how a Lexus All-Electric Vehicle fits into your lifestyle. Evaluate its performance across varied Arizona driving conditions, test out your favorite features, and practice home or public charging.
- Portable Charger Included We will provide a vehicle charger for your convenience during the test drive. This charger must be returned at the completion of your ETD to avoid replacement fees.
- Dedicated Support You will receive direct contact information for an Earnhardt Lexus Specialist to answer any questions or concerns that pop up during your 48 hours.
- Post-Drive Follow-Up A Lexus Specialist will follow up after your return to discuss your experience, review exclusive leasing or purchasing options, and answer final questions.
Requirements for the Extended Test Drive
To qualify for the Earnhardt Lexus 48-Hour Extended Test Drive program, guests must meet the following criteria:
- Ownership / Interest Must be a current Lexus owner or a prospect genuinely interested in purchasing or leasing a new Lexus All-Electric vehicle.
- Residency Must reside within our dealership's designated market area / required radius.
- Documentation Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and provide proof of comprehensive automobile and collision insurance.
- Age All drivers must be 21 years or older.
- Additional Drivers One additional household driver may be identified on the Lexus Rental Agreement, provided they also possess a valid driver's license and equivalent comprehensive insurance.
- Return Policy The vehicle and provided charger must be returned to Earnhardt Lexus within 48 hours. The vehicle must be fully charged upon return, or a refueling / recharging fee may apply. The vehicle's condition must remain consistent with when it left our lot.
