What’s New for 2024?
The 2024 Lexus LC comes packed with updated tech tools and brand new devices. Dash technology includes a brand new 12.3-inch touchscreen. High definition ensures that you can see the information clearly.
Controls are easier than ever. In fact, there’s a new Intelligent Assistant. You just say Hey Lexus and discover how easy it can be to interact with your luxury car infotainment system.
Drive Connect includes navigation and traffic information. Cloud-based updates keep the information current. When you want ideas, Destination Assist is a live agent system that can advise you on open routes and fun backroads.
A new Integrated Streaming feature allows users to put their Apple Music or Amazon Music subscriptions on the screen menu. This is in addition to HD radio, SiriusXM connectivity, and an available WiFi hotspot. Of course, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are wireless in these luxury sports cars.
Cabin Colors and Detailing
New for 2024, designers provide more color and texture to interest your senses. An attention to detail throughout the cabin is due to the Takumi craftsmanship. High quality materials include Alcantara draped door panel trim, embossed headrests, and an Alcantara headliner.
Stain Metallic trim elements are paired with a choice of semi-aniline leather upholstery colors. Alcantara seat inserts add more softness. Upholstery colors include a traditional Black, a tasty Toasted Caramel, Rioja Red, and a special Dark Rose.
The driver’s cockpit features a tailored steering wheel. Engineers worked to shape it for an ideal grip at various points. Drivers may not notice, but it will be assisting them during high G-force maneuvers such as cornering. Performance-inspired instruments include a G-meter.

LC 500 Performance
With its throaty V8, the LC 500 easily makes the most of its Active Exhaust system. The engine spits out 471 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque.
Drivers can expect to rush from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. They can relax with the Direct Shift 10-speed automatic. However, they do have magnesium paddle shifters if they want more control over the gear-shifting action.
If you drive it, you’ll notice Lexus Driving Signature elements in the way it holds the ground. Linear steering response is predictable and welcome. In the high cornering G range, steering remains effective. Drivers will feel connected to the road in this nimble, responsive luxury sports coupe.

LC 500h Performance
The 2024 Lexus LC500h is a hybrid like few others. It pairs two electric motors with an Atkinson-cycle V6. Every element has been created to maximize power while minimizing weight. At speeds up to 87 miles per hour, drivers can utilize electric power only.
Two gear sets provide a unique partnership for this speedy Lexus hybrid. The continuously variable transmission and a special four-speed automatic come together in M mode. This provides the driver with the feedback needed for an engaging feel. AI shift control works to select gears that match your pace.
Output is a hefty 354 horsepower. With the dual gear sets, the driver can amplify output for better power during heavy acceleration.
LC 500 Convertible
With the V8, the 2024 Lexus LC Convertible has 471 horses under the hood. Drivers enjoy the kick of 398 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 RPM. This ride can make the 0-60 mph sprint in 4.6 seconds.
A power soft top can glide into place at speeds under 30 mph. With the push of a button, the top opens or closes in 15 seconds.
The lightweight top has a four-layer construction to shut out noise. The wind screen and wind deflector quiet the air around the driver without slowing down the ride. Active Noise Control can sense when the noise level is uncomfortable and act to counteract it.
Among the unique elements for the convertible, you’ll find the available climate concierge. This provides special upper body heating to allow you to keep the top down when the temperature is dropping.
This year Lexus is making the LC Convertible eligible for Bespoke Build. This means you can choose from more interior colors and more options. New Parking Assistance Standards
Every car in the LC lineup emphasizes safety first with new, and sometimes surprising, standards. The panoramic view monitor and Intuitive Park Assist, usually extras on any vehicle, are standard here. The 360-degree system includes cameras that watch the front, rear, left and right, creating a perimeter view.
On the go, the car’s camera system watches for speed limit signs and other critical information. It can then post it in an instant on the driver’s display. This Road Sign Assist is one of more than ten standards that come with the Lexus Safety System 2.5.
Standard pre-collision driver assistance includes a forward collision warning, an auto brake, and pedestrian detection. This system now includes a special risk avoidance emergency steer assist. The new system can recognize left-turn oncoming vehicles and may trigger automatic braking if the situation is dire.
Watching the lane lines, the lane departure alert watches lane markings and even recognizes certain road edge boundary lines. At speeds over 32 mph, it may provide gentle corrective steering to keep the driver out of harm’s way.
With lane tracing assist to maintain the lane, the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is adaptive in more ways than one. It has cameras and radar to help maintain a preset distance and speed in highway traffic. It can be used even traffic slows to a stop.
Special Connectivity
Every high-powered LC coupe, convertible or hybrid coupe comes with some sweet standards. For the dash tech, Lexus includes a 3-year trial of Drive Connect. This gives you unlimited access to the 24/7 live-agent Destination Assist as well as Cloud Navigation. You can use the Intelligent Assistant to find points of interest with Google search.
Safety Connect is included with an up to 10-year trial. This provides an in the event that there has been an accident where the airbags have deployed. Also, drivers can use the Emergency Assistance Button or summon 24/7 enhanced roadside assistance. This system includes a stolen vehicle locator.
Remote Connect is another 3-year trial. Using the app, drivers have a remote starter than can perform a variety of tasks.
