WHEN: Tuesday, March 17 at 9 a.m. WHERE: Seamus McCaffrey’s Irish Pub and Restaurant – 18 W. Monroe St. Phoenix, AZ 85003 No party is like a St. Patty’s Day party and the annual Seamus McCaffrey’s St. Patrick’s Day Block Party is a fan favorite in the Phoenix area.
