Customer Satisfaction: Cleanliness And Covid Response
Cleanliness is a theme in many reviews. In a June 2020 customer review, they wrote that “appropriate COVID 19 precautions are being taken by the dealership”.
In her June 2020 comments, Hope highlighted the fact that Earnhardt Lexus is “extremely conscientious regarding social distancing and hygiene practices. Very important during this time.”

“The waiting area is nice,” wrote Stephanie in January 2020. “They have tables to do work. You can lounge around on their comfortable couches or relax on their chairs. They also have a cute little coffee bar that offers all types of specialty drinks. The coffee bar has sandwiches too!”

Another customer review was even more enthusiastic. “The wait area was pleasant and comfortable with amenities,” wrote LovingIt. “The ladies’ restroom looked like an HGTV Flip or Flop make over. Very Impressive.”
